What is Justice fee?

The justice fee is the amount owed by the procedural thrust of both parties and is set according to the value and complexity of the case, in accordance with Regulation of Procedural Costs;
The justice fee is paid only by the party demands as plaintiff or defendant, judgment creditor or runs, plaintiff or defendant, the plaintiff and defendant, in accordance with Regulation of Procedural Costs.
The court fees should be self-assessed just prior to delivery of the pleading to which is associated the obligation to pay a fee (petition or initial claim, defense, etc.), unless the party or the process are exempt or part benefits prior remission.
In the case of counterclaim or major intervention, is only due additional justice fee when the Counterclaimant deduct a distinct the plaintiff.
It does not consider itself unlike the application, namely when the party intends to achieve, for their benefit, the same legal effect as the author intends to obtain or when the party intends to get the simple set-off.
Having joinder, the joint party to figure out how the first part in the application, counterclaim or application must pay the entire justice fee, safeguarding the right of return of the joint parties.
In cases of coalition, each author, Counterclaimant, judgment creditor or claimant is responsible for paying the respective justice fee, being the value of the fixed pursuant to Regulation of Procedural Costs.
