The temporary residence permit it is only renewed to the national of third countries that: • Have means of subsistence; • Have a house; • Have met their tax obligations with the social security; • Was not convicted of penalty or penalties that, isolated or cumulatively, go beyond on year of prison even if in cases of condemnation for a crime foreseen in the present law or with it related or a terrorism crime, violent criminality or highly organize and the respective execution was suspended. The residence permit cannot also be renewed for reasons of public order and public security.
