To mark the International Roma Day, April 8, the High Commission for Migration (ACM) promotes the International Seminar of the Local Plans for the Integration of Roma Communities Project (PLICC 2) next Tuesday, April 11, at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, in Lisbon.
The session, which marks the end of the PLICC 2 Project, counts with the interventions of Head of Unit Non-Discrimination: Anti-Racism and Roma Coordination, DG Justice and Consumers (DG JUST), Szabolcs Schmidt, the Secretary of State for Equality and Migrations, Isabel Almeida Rodrigues, the High Commissioner for Migration, Sónia Pereira, the Member of the Management Board of the ACM, José Reis, and the Coordinator and Researcher of CEI-ISCTE – Centre for International Studies (ESPP), in Economy and Globalization, Rogério Roque Amaro, among others.
The Seminar is promoted in the framework of the second edition of the PLICC Project, co-funded by the European Commission through the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme.
The initiative will be broadcast live on ACM Facebook page, in Portuguese, and on Youtube channel, in English.
