Considering the amendments to Law No. 23/2007 (Law on Foreign Nationals), the High Commission for Migration (ACM) releases the informative brochure "Law on Foreign Nationals: What has changed?”, with information on the reasons, the main changes and the measures implemented.

The Regulatory Decree no. 4/2022, of 30 September, which amends the regulation on the legal regime for entry, stay, exit and removal of foreign citizens from national territory, is due to come into force on 30 October 2022.
