The exceptional measures to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic also cover the functioning of the National Support Centres for the Integration of Migrants (CNAIM), Norte, Lisboa and Algarve. In addition to what is established in the High Commission for Migration (ACM, I.P.) Contingency Plan, it is also in force the Order which regulates the functioning of these Centres during the State of Emergency.

During this period, the functioning of CNAIM is assured, but conditioned, and face-to-face support is guaranteed only by appointment.

Due to the conditioned face-to-face service, the use of the following is suggested:

Aimed at migrants and refugees, as well as citizens of the European Union (EU), this digital platform is available for IOS and Android, in Portuguese, English and Arabic.
